EHGA Italia Association Activities - Martone Kwoon1990 - Technical Stage. For the first time in Italy (Genova), the Grand Master Chiu Chi Ling kept a technical stage whose principal argument has been Lau Ga Gwan (Lau Family's stick). Bordini Giuseppe was the stage organizer. 1992 - Technical Stage. Rome - Stage with GrandMaster Chiu Chi Ling based on "Gong Ji Fok Foo Kuen" form. In Graben-Neudorf (near Karlsruhe), for the first time an european level competition took act, with category dedicated only to Hung Ga. Partecipating nations: Germany, Polland, Italy, Holland, Switzerland. Then, many athletes partecipated to an International Wu-shu and Sanda Tournament. For the italian team, Girolami Pierfrancesco and Mauriello Salvatore classified on fourth and fifth place in Hung Ga Forms - expert. Contacts Ehga-Italia (info@hunggarkuen.it) May 15th-16th, 1999 - VII Open International Kung Fu/Wushu Championships. For the second year, our school partecipated to the german tournament (Karlsruhe). Partecipating nations: Germany, Holland, Polland, Italy, Switzerland, Norway, Canada (guest of the event). It was divided into several categories according to the different styles: Wushu Tournament and Sanda. Italian Athletes: Girolami Pierfrancesco (second place in free hands category and fourth in weapons one), Mauriello Salvatore (fourth in weapons category and fifth in free hands one), Bastianelli Davide and Mariano Sofia (both classified at the third palce in Sanda Fighting). Rome - Technical Stage kept by Masters A. Garski and Luigi Martone. Different arguments according to the practice level: five Hung Ga animals, basilar movements, Daan Do (broadsword), Gwan (stick), several Qi Gong exercises. M. Rome - First national technical meeting of EHGA-Italian branch. Masters Martone Lugi and Sergio teached basilar Hung Ga techniquesh. Partecipating schools: Fu Hok Kwoon (Vasto), Scuola delle cinque montagne sacre (Bologna), Accademia Qin Na Shu Shi Liang Ji (Genzano), Scutti Kwoon (Rome), Martone Kwoon (Rome). Partecipating nations: USA, Canada, Greek, Germany, Holland, Polland, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, Scotland e Czech Rep. Because of big partecipation, Wushu and Sanda Tournaments were divided in several categories. For what concern the italian athletes: Girolami Pierfrancesco and Mauriello Salvatore for Hung Ga forms, while Bastianelli Davide, Giangiacomo Enza, Mariano Sofia have prtecipated in Sanda Fighting. A Qi Gong and traditional Hung Ga fighting stages were organized. Grand Master Chiu Chi Ling teached. During his last visit in Roma, Grandmaster Chiu Chi Ling prepared an exam for Sifu Luigi Martone for getting V Dan Hung Ga Master Degree. This exam was three days long: it was really hard, but very interesting. December 1st, 2002 - Dragon Cup National Championship. Rome - JFGKF organized a complete event, with fights and form. On Saturday 29th, we organized a Seminar in the Northern Italy while on the 30th of March we were in Rome: Seminars were dedicated to Gong Ji Doi Da Sparring Form and its application. Grand Master, Masters and other great names in Kung Fu honoured us by their presence.
